Angie earned her Masters degree from Alliant International University- CA School of Professional Psychology. She specializes in working with couples and individuals, particularly those related to restarting after toxic relationships, recovering from narcissistic abuse, and rebuilding self-esteem. She is professionally trained in EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy) and work with couples from an attachment lens. Angie has experience helping couples learn new ways to communicate, reduce conflict, and facilitate re-connection.
With a compassionate and empowering approach, Angie provides a safe and supportive space for my clients to heal and thrive. Her approach is attachment-based and trauma informed. Drawing from her expertise and training, Angie guides her clients through the complexities of navigating life and transitions.​
Angie's clinical interests include: working through trauma, reducing anxiety, empowering individuals to build self-esteem, exploring unhelpful generational patterns, and helping people navigate through various stages of life.
