Corinne earned her master’s degree from Chapman University in marriage and family therapy. Corinne is the clinical director and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate. She is the author of Where the Monster Weights, a book about her battle and recovery from anorexia (available on amazon).
Corinne is trauma-informed and has formal training and experience with EMDR, the treatment of eating disorders, depression, anxiety, neurodiversity, and play therapy. She works with children, teens and young adults. Corinne uses a solution-focused approach, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy. She believes empowerment and a strengths-based mindset helps clients build a more fulfilling life. She works with individuals of all ages and provides unconditional acceptance for healing. Corinne has been in recovery from anorexia for over 10 years and can speak on the topic of eating disorder prevention and treatment using empathy that only comes from experience.
